Tujuan Asistensi Teknis
Membantu memperkuat kapasitas Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan BNPB dalam penyusunan strategi dan pelaksanaan penggalangan pelatih yang berkualitas dalam penanggulangan bencana.

Gambaran Tugas Umum
Konsultan Pelatihan adalah bantuan teknis yang ditempatkan di BNPB. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Konsultan Pelatihan melapor kepada Kepala Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di BNPB. Manajemen posisi ini, termasuk perekrutan awal dan mobilisasi, orientasi awal, dan dukungan yang berkelanjutan selama masa penempatan akan menjadi tanggungjawab AIFDR dan mitra pelaksananya.

Konsultan Pelatihan akan diminta melakukan kajian kebutuhan peningkatan kapasitas di bidang yang dibantunya pada akhir bulan ketiga untuk kemudian dikembangkan menjadi rencana kerja peningkatan kapasitas yang menekankan aspek mentoring serta ?learning by doing?. Konsultan ini akan mendukung kegiatan harian BNPB dan mitra kerja dari lembaga pembangunan/donor internasional terkait di bagian kerjasama internasional BNPB.
